The Herbal Nutrition Network now integrates fully with the following payment gateways: First Data/LinkPoint Central, AuthorizeNet, ICommerce, PSIGate, ProPay, and PayPal's Website Payments Standard Premier and Business Accounts.*  Any merchant account provider using those gateways can be easily added to HNN websites, including Card Services International, North American Bancard, payQuake, Cutting Edge, and hundreds more.

*We no longer support PayPal's Website Payments Pro merchant account.

Please check with your merchant account provider to determine the exact payment gateway the company uses. If your provider does not use one of the payment gateways listed, you can still use our services if your merchant account offers a virtual terminal. Contact us directly for more information. 

To integrate your merchant account with your HNN site, log in at http://herbal-nutrition.net, place your mouse over Manage Store in the Menu bar, then select Manage Payment Options. Complete the fields according to your preferences, then press Update at the bottom of the page.

After providing Free websites for 8 years as an option to distributors, Free sites became a serious drain on our resources; consequently, they are no longer offered. We are just a small, two family business and the costs of providing the sites now far outweigh the benefits of making them available.

No, the Herbal Nutrition Network is a two family business that has been supporting independent Herbalife distributors since 1999.

After your account is fully functional, when an order is placed, you will receive an Order In Progress email which outlines the products purchased and the buyer's contact information. As soon as the checkout is complete, you will also receive a Secure Order Complete email, which contains the funds transaction information. Once you are satisfied with the transaction, you can either ship from your inventory or arrange to have the product drop shipped directly to the customer from Herbalife's Distribution Centers through http://myherbalife.com .
