As a professional Martial Arts and fitness instructor, a 6th degree master my knowledge was impeccable but the message my physical appearance was sending was not.

A well timed comment from my surgeon, heading into surgery, planted a seed. It was time to have a good look at myself. 

At 106 kilograms I was not healthy, and a chance meeting re-introduced me to a supplement that I had long forgotten about, but knew its values. Following a nutrition program I am 30 kilograms lighter, fitter and healthier than I was 20 years ago. And happily at 48 my "metabolic age" is a young 31, a far cry from the ageing 68 I was at the start of my journey. While my exercise and diet was good enough, my body was not, I am happy that now I can say "My body is good enough"

And a weight loss of almost 20 kgs.
