Green Goddess
Ingredients:
2 F1 scoops of Vanilla shake
1 scoop of PDM (protein drink mix)
1 scoop of PPP (rote in Drink Mix
300ml cold filtered water
2 large ice cubes

Handful of spinach
Quarter to half of avocado ( depending on size)
4 slices of cucumber
3/4 slices of carrot

You blend it all together into a nice thick smoothie bowl
Add sprinkle of desiccated coconut (optional)
Directions:
Blend this all together to make a smoothie
