Herbalife Choc Coconut Protein balls
Ingredients:
1 cup Herbalife F1 Dutch Chocolate1 cup LSA (linseed, sesame, almond)
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup protein powder
1/4 cup raw cacao
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
2 tbs rice malt syrup (you could use honey) it has about the same amount of calories as honey but it's a complex carb not a simple one.
2 tbs peanut cacao spread (you could use peanut butter) it has less calories, fat, sugar and salt than peanut butter
Directions:
Blend all dry ingredients Add wet ingredients
Blend well
Add enough water to form balls.
Makes 35
