Grilled Pineapple with F#1 Lime/Coconut Cream
Ingredients:
2 slices of Pineapple (fresh is best)
100ml clean water at room temperature
3 scoops of Formula 1 Vanilla
1 scoop of Personalised Protein Powder
1 sachet of Lime LIFT OFF
1 tbsp of dessicated or shredded coconut
Directions:
I used fresh pineapple slices but you could use canned... just heat/brown them in a non-stick frying pan or in a grill pan (no oil required, you could use a little coconut oil if you are not on weight loss for more flavour). Blend 3 scoops of F1 Vanilla & 1 scoop of PPP with 100ml of clean water (room temperature) on slow until you obtain a moussy consistency (volume will double) with a spoon or spatula fold in 1 tbsp of dessicated coconut and Lift Off lime - that's where the magic happens! You'll obtain a very thick cream. You could also use grated Lemon/lime peel or lemon essence if you have no Lift Off and use coconut essence instead of dessicated coconut. This also lowers the calories. It's already LOW CAL I had 1 hour Pilates and a run before brekkie so I allowed myself to candy the pineapple slightly with brown sugar using a bruler
