Blueberry with yogert shake
Ingredients:
1/2 to 1 cup frozen blueberries1 or 2 yogurts 60 to 80 calorie count each yogurt(your favorite flavors) I use Vanilla and Strawberry
2 scoops Vanilla or Chocolate Chip Herbalife Formula 1 Shake Mix
6 to 8 oz of Almond Milk
Directions:
Mix it all together and enjoy a great tasting breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.When using the meal replacement shakes, you can drink on a day to maintain your present weight, or lose slowly
When I drink 2 shakes a day, I lose quicker, but make sure you are eating snakes in between the shakes. You should eat every few hours to keep up your energy.
The snakes can be fruit, veggies, protein bars, etc... healthy snakes.
Just be careful not to eat too much at one setting.
