Choc Mousse Slush
Ingredients:
• 100ml water
• 2 scoop Formula 1 Dutch Chocolate (add extra cocoa or carob powder for more chocolate flavour)
• 1 scoop of Formula 1 Berry
• 1-2 scoop protein powder
• 1 cup of ice cubes
Directions:
• Mix in blender on high speed for 30 sec. then on slow speed for 60 seconds or until volume doubles and the mouse becomes firm.
• Pour into a glass
