Chai Latte F#1 Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 serving F#1 Vanilla
1 cup lite soy milk
1 serving Performance Protein Powder
1 tsp Herbalife Instant Herbal Beverage
Dash of ground cinnamon
A few dashes of mixed spice (or of each nutmeg, clove and ginger)
Heaps of ice cubes
or use warm milk in winter
