Blackberries and Pear
Ingredients:
1/2 banana
handful of blackberries, frozen
1 whole pear, skin on, core removed
at least 6 pieces of ice
150 - 200ml water
2 scoops vanilla shake
1 scoop protein powder
Directions:
Blend the ice on it's own first then add all ingredients and blend.
