Carrot Cake Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 large carrot, steamed cut into chunks1 cup of skim / soy or Rice Milk
Vanilla essence
Almond or coconut essence
3 pieces of frozen banana
2 large ice cubes
1 tbsp chia seeds (or ground flax) – optional
Small pinch of cinnamon
2 scoops of Formula 1 french vanilla
1 scoop Thermojetics protein powder
Toppings: Shredded Coconut, cinnamon
