Apple Pie
Ingredients:
Vanilla Shake Mix
1 Apple
Ground Cinnamon
200mls Lite soy or lite lactose free milk
2 Tablespoons no fat low sugar vanilla yoghurt
3 ice cubes
Directions:
Peel, core & dice apple and stew in non stick pan with a little water and ground cinnamon to taste until soft and allow to cool.

Add milk, yoghurt, ice and stewed apple to blender and blend add more cinnamon to taste as needed.

Tastes just like Apple Pie
